Rental terms

Please read these terms before booking. Final terms are confirmed with your order confirmation.

Booking fee

The agreement begins when the booking fee stated in the confirmation is paid to the specified account by the deadline. If no fee is requested, the agreement begins when the customer receives confirmation. The fee is not refunded if the customer does not use the service.

Cancellation or rescheduling

Rental equipment is used in natural conditions. Strong winds, for example, may require a date change or cancellation. The provider may adjust the schedule or arrange a replacement date. If conditions prevent the rental entirely and no replacement date can be arranged, the fee is refunded less direct, verifiable costs. If the provider cancels, the fee is fully refunded and an alternative service is sought from another provider. Liability is limited to the service price.

Property entrusted to the customer

The customer is liable for damage they cause to other people or property.

Insurance

Customers must insure themselves and their belongings as they consider appropriate.
